Job Summary
As an Experienced Work From Home Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, while also handling dispatch duties with precision and efficiency. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Handle dispatch duties, including answering multiple lines, responding to emergency calls, and coordinating with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Utilize computer software and systems to manage dispatch operations, track customer information, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards, including customer satisfaction ratings, call handling times, and dispatch accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service, preferably in the towing and recovery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch software
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with dispatch software and systems, including GPS tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
