Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Data entry and administrative support for pharmacy operations
  • Patient counseling and education on medication use and health-related topics
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes

Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Administrative Support: + Accurately and efficiently enter patient data and information into our electronic health record system + Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files + Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork

  • Patient Counseling and Education:

+ Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and health-related topics + Answer patient questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner + Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement patient education programs

  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

+ Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes + Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives + Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed

  • Quality and Compliance:

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files + Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality improvement projects

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy, healthcare administration, or business

  • Current licensure as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in the state where you will be working
  • Experience performing data entry and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a retail setting

  • Experience with electronic health record systems and pharmacy software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
