Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Resolving Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing Solutions: Offer solutions and alternatives to customers, and provide recommendations to improve their experience.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats.
  • Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Bilingual Language Skills: Bilingual language skills are required in certain areas.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as well as the ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identifications, if relevant.
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check: Pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting, as required by the company and security regulations.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Working Knowledge of Sabre or Other Traveler Service Systems: Working knowledge of Sabre or other traveler service systems.
  • Certifications or Training: Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or communication.
