The Role

As a Facebook Ads Manager / Customer Support / General VA to CEO, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting the CEO with various administrative tasks. You will need to be highly organized, self-directed, and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for multiple clients, including campaign setup, targeting, and budgeting

  • Provide exceptional customer support via Basecamp, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
  • Coordinate tasks and projects with other team members, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients and the CEO
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture

  • Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Facebook Ads experience, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with a strong understanding of AdWords and Shopping campaigns
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet, with reliable power and a secure working environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Graphic design experience, with proficiency in Canva or similar platforms

  • Video editing experience, with a strong understanding of video production and post-production
  • Copywriting experience, with a proven track record of creating compelling and effective content
  • Website creation experience, with a strong understanding of web development and design
  • Social media management experience, with a proven track record of creating and implementing effective social media strategies
  • Online lead generation and follow-up experience, with a strong understanding of lead nurturing and conversion
  • Product research experience, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
