Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
  • Dispatching proper authorities in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

  • 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Holidays
  • Night shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • Weekends as needed

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive paid training program on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role and provide you with the opportunity to work from home after successful completion of training.
