Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Graphic Designer at Project Growth, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from web and print design to social media graphics and marketing collateral. You will be responsible for developing creative concepts and design solutions that align with client branding and messaging, while managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client branding and messaging

• Produce high-quality visual content for print and/or digital platforms, including but not limited to:

+ Logos + Marketing collateral + Social media graphics + Website elements

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and preferences
• Present and explain design concepts to clients and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

Qualifications

* At least 2 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong understanding of design principles and visual elements (color, typography, composition, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Knowledge of web development and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools and software (Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing and branding
