Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area. You will be empowered to move about your space and take the initiative to do what needs to be done to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail

• Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Complete reports and provide feedback to management to improve guest experience
• Share the highlights of the local area and provide recommendations to guests
• Take the initiative to identify and resolve guest concerns and issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• License or certification not required
