Role Overview

As a Help Desk Administrator - Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients' customers via various chat interfaces, including Facebook Messenger. Your primary tasks will involve:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues through clear and concise communication
  • Assisting customers with website navigation and providing guidance on how to use our clients' products and services
  • Resolving complex issues through close collaboration with our clients' teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible online experience

Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat support to our clients' customers via various chat interfaces, including Facebook Messenger

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues through clear and concise communication
  • Assist customers with website navigation and provide guidance on how to use our clients' products and services
  • Resolve complex issues through close collaboration with our clients' teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients' customers receive the best possible online experience
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our clients' customer support goals
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our customer support services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours availability per week

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written communication skills
