About the Role

As a HiredScore Product Specialist - Specialized Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our HiredScore product line, which helps organizations optimize their recruiting and talent acquisition processes. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in HR technology and recruiting/talent acquisition will be essential in positioning our solutions within accounts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of HiredScore product line

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align account strategies and drive sales performance
  • Develop deep product expertise on HiredScore and stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/cloud-based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position

  • Experience managing 9+ month sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities
  • Deep HR technology and recruiting/talent acquisition expertise
  • Strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior executives within Large Enterprise accounts (VPs, CxO, etc.)
  • Experience selling transformative AI solutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive sales performance and growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Annualized base salary ranges: $93,100 USD - $139,700 USD
  • Bonus plan or role-specific commission/bonus
