About the Role

We are seeking a highly‑driven Remote Project Manager to join our fast‑growing product delivery team. In this role you will partner directly with our Director of Program Delivery to translate strategic goals into executable project plans that delight our customers and accelerate market impact. You’ll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multiple, concurrent product initiatives, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met while fostering a collaborative, transparent environment across distributed teams. By anchoring communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, you will help us ship at least

10 major releases per year

and keep our Net Promoter Score above 85%. Your work will directly influence the success of a SaaS platform that serves over

200,000 active users

worldwide, and you will be a key voice in shaping our evolving

PMO

practices. --- Key Responsibilities -

Define & Execute Project Plans

– Build detailed roadmaps in

Jira

and

Microsoft Project

that map scope, milestones, and resource allocation for at least

3–5 concurrent initiatives

each quarter. -

Agile Delivery Leadership

– Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for cross‑functional squads, guiding daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using

Confluence

to keep 85% of meetings asynchronous where possible. -

Stakeholder Management

– Conduct weekly executive updates for leadership in

. --- Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

equivalent professional experience. -

3–5 years

of proven experience managing software development projects in a fully remote environment. - Demonstrated mastery of
