Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve issues
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Schedule
Our flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance:
- Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience (at least one year)
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and customer interactions
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan)
