The VUE Team

As a member of our VUE (Veracity Underwriting Experience) Team, you'll be part of a dynamic group of professionals who are shaping the future of insurance. Our team is responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service to our policyholders. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer service to policyholders through inbound phone calls

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve sales and service targets
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Designated space and internet capability to work from home
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

* Property and Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
