Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions across various product and development teams. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets, and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, Python scripts, and R code to extract and manipulate data
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or consulting setting
• Strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, data manipulation, and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to business problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
• Experience with data storytelling and communication
