Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' communication needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
- Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, every time
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in a customer service or call center environment
Qualifications
