Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Pharmacy Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, patient counseling, and administrative duties, all while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and quality care. Key Responsibilities

* Provides exceptional patient care and service, including counseling patients on medication use, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

• Performs data entry tasks, including processing prescriptions, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Assists with administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborates with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Participates in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy operations and patient care best practices.

Individuals and Performance Management

* Supports the Pharmacy Manager in staff development and training, including providing feedback and coaching to team members.

• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment by modeling blithequark's values and behaviors.
• Participates in performance management and evaluation processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Preparation and Self-Awareness

* Maintains current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy operations and patient care, including staying up-to-date on state and federal regulations.

• Participates in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Seeks feedback and coaching from supervisors and peers to improve performance and achieve goals.

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
• Experience performing pharmacy operations tasks, including prescription filling and verification, records management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ability to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Capabilities

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including experience with prescription filling and verification, records management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, team members, and supervisors.
