Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing data visualizations, and creating business insights to inform critical transportation operations decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop solutions, and communicate results to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions

• Develop ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Create data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
• Engage with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and communicate results
• Analyze stakeholder needs and collaborate with them to share relevant insights
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
• Document strategies and share expertise with team members
• Mentor team members as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity with a user experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
• Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python preferred)
