Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications to our patients. You'll be the first point of contact for patients reaching out with questions, concerns, or needs, and your exceptional communication skills will make all the difference in their journey to better health. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from patients with questions, concerns, or needs related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage

  • Provide timely and accurate information to patients, resolving their questions on the first call whenever possible
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and access patient information
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and resolve their concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training will be provided during this time)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

  • Minimum: $17.02
  • Maximum: $27.16

Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
