Responsibilities

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing sales, support, and customer service for some of America's top companies.
  • Navigating client systems and updating customer information and orders.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you will need:

  • Dual monitor: While not required, a dual monitor setup is preferred for improved productivity.
  • Phone with headset: A phone with a headset (POTS and digital) is required, but VOIP or softphone is not allowed.
  • Internet: A hardwired internet connection is required for stability and security.
  • USB headset: A high-quality USB headset is required for clear communication.
  • Quiet space to work: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions is essential for success.
