Job Summary

As a Process Associate in the Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our operations through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with the business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in achieving process goals and translating our core values into everyday practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement

  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform process improvements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role or industry

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
