Your Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our marketing and sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve drafting answers to product questions via email, responding to inbound leads, and, if necessary, jumping on calls to understand the client's needs and share more about our product and process.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely and effective manner

  • Draft answers to product questions and provide clear, concise information to clients
  • Respond to inbound leads and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and process to effectively communicate with clients
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our services and processes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service)

  • 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with customer relationship management software and tools
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales principles, with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline
