Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
- Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer support experience in a remote or call center environment

- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
