Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
  • Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cross-cultural communication
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
