• Lead client research to focus on and advocate for users in each product stream
• Contribute to the style guide to ensure consistency in language and tone across all digital platforms
• Define copy normalization and develop UX writing best practices to enhance flexibility and accessibility across all stages
• Champion the normalization, consistency, and creativity of copy across Tesla's platform and products, aligning with business objectives
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting or content design for web, application, and email
• A Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or a related field
• Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
