Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People & Culture, Learning & Development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of leadership, culture-building, and performance improvement.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, growth, and outcomes.
- Commitment to personal development and leadership excellence.
- Experience or interest in mentoring, coaching, or digital engagement is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly leadership and training sessions via video conferencing.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, mentor, and retain top talent.
- Learn and apply proven marketing and communication strategies (training provided).
- Conduct professional interviews and on-boarding conversations with new partners.
- Facilitate Q&A sessions, follow-ups, and mentorship.
- Apply our People & Culture frameworks to support individual and community growth.
