As an Experienced Full Stack Mail Delivery Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Managing customer questions and addressing problems related to postage services, including resolving issues with mail delivery, tracking, and other services.
- Prompt Mail Distribution: Categorizing, tagging, and circulating mail promptly to prevent any hold-ups and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Performing Clerical Duties: Handling a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the functioning of USPS operations, including data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
- Mail Services: Aiding clients by offering services such as redirecting mail and implementing brief pauses in receiving mail deliveries.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a mail or package delivery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
