Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing high-volume outbound phone calls to customers, updating customers regarding shipment status and delivery status, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. This is a 100% remote work opportunity, and you will be provided with the necessary equipment and training to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage high-volume outbound phone calls to customers, ensuring timely and professional communication

• Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status, including any changes or delays
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to internal teams as needed
• Utilize CRM systems to update customer order information and track customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of call center experience, with a focus on outbound calls

• Proven track record of handling high-volume phone calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Experience using CRM systems, including data entry and customer interaction tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the wholesale distribution industry or a related field

• Knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms
• Experience with process improvement and systems maintenance
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy
