Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Paint Custodian for Maintenance to join our team in Corona, CA. As a Paint Custodian, you will be responsible for preparing paint booths for production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our paint department. This is a 3rd shift work from home opportunity, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare paint booths for production, including changing air filters, replacing empty chemical drums, and general cleaning of common areas in the paint department

• Empty trash receptacles, change out waste drums, and make up waste boxes
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth operation of the paint department
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in a paint or manufacturing environment

• Experience with paint booths and equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
