Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Zoom Host, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Zoom Hosting and Technical Support: Assist attorneys in participating in virtual or hybrid hearings and depositions by setting up Zoom hosting, including complex scenarios such as managing breakout rooms, managing screen shares, pinned recordings, etc.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Help schedule, organize, test, and train parties to participate in remote hearings and depositions. You should have strong project management skills, experience managing a job calendar, and the ability to work with legal professionals.
• Technical Support and Management of Diverse Software Tools: Operate court reporting and legal software platforms, including exhibit management software, scheduling and calendaring software, production software, etc. Strong technical skills are a must.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Prior Experience in the Legal Industry: You should have some prior experience working with attorneys and a strong understanding of the legal industry.
• NOTARY Certification: Ideally, you should have a remote online notary certification, which will be a significant asset in this role.
