Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans that meet our business objectives and drive continuous improvement
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required by the role
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, including outside loading departments
• Continuously climb and descend stairs, as applicable to sites with stairs
• Enter data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail
