Job Overview

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for the precise entry of medical billing information into our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that data is processed in a timely and error-free manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our data and contributing to the enhancement of our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, verify, and organize information in preparation for data entry
• Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing

• Accurately input medical billing data into our systems
• Conduct research to gather any missing information as required
• Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels
• Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates
• Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures
• Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary
• Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards

Required Skills

• Willingness to work onsite for initial onboarding and training period of up to four weeks
