About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, Screen, and Interview Candidates: Identify and engage with qualified healthcare professionals for various positions, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals. Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to fully understand their needs and expectations. Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Job Posting and Marketing: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Communication and Feedback: Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process. Ensure that all communication is professional, clear, and concise.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicants and job postings using recruitment databases and systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Interest in Healthcare Recruitment: A strong interest in healthcare recruitment and staffing is essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Previous Experience: Previous recruitment or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
