Job Summary

As a Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for leading our paid media analysis capability, working closely with our marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will be a key member of our leadership team, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Lead our paid media analysis capability, working closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth through data-driven insights

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize paid media spend worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop solutions that drive revenue growth
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our analytics capabilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a focus on paid media analysis
• High-level SQL experience, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
• Experience with industry-leading analytics tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#
• Familiarity with data science tools and techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Data Studio
