Job Summary

As a Cargo Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be the face of our company, connecting with customers directly and via phone to resolve their queries and concerns. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, to meet business needs

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
