Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. With a comprehensive training program and a flexible work schedule, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while making a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience
  • Develop strong relationships with plan members, listening to their concerns and providing empathetic support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence when interacting with customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
