Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack SAP SD Consultant, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through the implementation and optimization of SAP ECC S4 Hana systems. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. With your expertise and guidance, our clients will be able to streamline their processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC S4 Hana, including its features, functionalities, and best practices

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tailored solutions
• Conduct business requirements gathering discussions and workshops to ensure clear understanding of client needs
• Support the Business Partner in the qualification of business requests for assigned services
• Create detailed user stories and functional specification documents that are well understood by both clients and technical teams
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, and developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements
• Pre-qualify and prioritize change requests, escalating changes that require project management and team involvement
• Liaise between users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues
• Create training collaterals and conduct trainings for users to ensure successful adoption of SAP ECC S4 Hana systems
• Identify potential threats and inform all concerned parties in a timely manner
• Support projects with competence in SAP SD module, including Order to Cash and Transportation and Logistics processes
• Provide guidance and support to development teams, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility

Essential Qualifications

* 10-12 years of experience in SAP SD, with hands-on experience on ECC 6 and exposure to S4 Hana

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC S4 Hana, including its features, functionalities, and best practices
• Experience with business requirements gathering, workshops, and training development

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SAP SD module, including Order to Cash and Transportation and Logistics processes

• Knowledge of SAP ECC S4 Hana implementation and optimization best practices
• Experience with project management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies
• Experience with training development and delivery
