Key Responsibilities

• Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
• Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
• Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Attend meetings on time, with a minimum of 10 minutes' notice
• Participate fully in discussions, both online and in-person

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics covered in our studies

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service representative agent experience
• Previous experience in market research or a related field
