Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in developing and implementing data analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify business opportunities and optimize support operations
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data visualizations
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field

• Master's degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data analytics strategies that drive business growth and improvement
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple products and services (desired)

• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques (desired)
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field (desired)
