Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Sales Representative with Symmetry Financial Group, your primary responsibility will be to help families get protected financially with life insurance. You'll work with a value-based, warm lead system that ensures you're only selling to people who have already expressed interest in life insurance. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program (OR source clients through warm market / other preferred lead sources)
- Contacting those leads to gather information + set a time to meet again
- Finding products from our 30+ carriers that best fit the clients' needs
- Helping those clients apply for their desired life insurance policies during your second meeting
- (optional) Find and help other like-minded individuals become successful life insurance agents!
Essential Qualifications
* Must be a US Citizen
- No prior sales experience is necessary (we'll provide the training and guidance you need to succeed)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior sales experience (not required, but a plus)
- Life insurance license (not required, but a plus)
- Experience in the financial services industry (not required, but a plus)
Skills and Competencies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
