Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify untapped client needs, and uncover new content opportunities. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, predict content engagement, and develop strategies to improve our content delivery and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and uncover new content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to inform securing decisions and optimize content delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve content launch and episode release processes
- Test marketing methodologies to enhance engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex issues
- Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication
