Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations
