What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points. Your duties will include:

• Offering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
• Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Working closely with and taking instructions from the team leader responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
• Conducting relevant administrative responsibilities, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Constituting a positive image of blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times
• Promoting and selling blithequark services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing all mandatory training by given time limits
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

• The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays

• Compliance with all blithequark policies and procedures
• The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
• Possession of a valid BAA airside pass
• GSAT training
• The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
• Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
• The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
