Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and implement data solutions, and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes

• Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product and business streams to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Utilize data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an analytics and data science space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and ability to connect with others
• Unique interests or areas of passion that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges
