The Customer Experience Organization
Our Customer Experience organization is at the heart of blithequark's success. We're a passionate team of professionals who are dedicated to making planning and purchasing a Walt Disney World vacation as simple and intuitive as the destination itself. Our goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience that exceeds our customers' expectations, and we're looking for a talented Customer Experience Project Manager to help us achieve that goal.
Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Project Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our Customer Experience roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver CX-focused technology improvements, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that our guest experience is always magical.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and implement the Customer Experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements
- Coordinate projects across multiple partner teams, building and delivering presentations, managing timelines, and leading and supporting forums
- Work with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement to deliver program recaps, benchmark efforts, and define success metrics
- Engage with technology and digital professionals to represent blithequark's Customer Experience priorities
- Demonstrate deep expertise and constantly monitor the pulse of the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology and digital professionals, product managers, and senior leaders
- Provide project management support for multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Three (3)+ years of experience in project management and/or product development
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of partners from different backgrounds and functions
- Ability to challenge the status quo while still building strategic alliances/relationships within and outside the blithequark organization
- Experience managing a large volume of complex work, prioritizing to ensure results are achieved
- Entrepreneurial approach, proactive problem solver with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Strong visual presentation building (PPT/Keynote) and delivery skills with a focus on storytelling
- Understanding of Agile technical practices and testing concepts
- Prior experience in working with technical product teams
- Knowledge of blithequark channels is a plus
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Product Management, or equivalent field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
