Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team as a Live Chat Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging with website visitors and providing them with prompt and helpful responses to their queries
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Working independently and following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Agent, you will need:

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
