About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the aim of selling coaching programs. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve your sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our business. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing your social media accounts, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
  • Grow your social media accounts through organic means
  • Reply to active leads and close sales
  • Manage your daily tasks and communicate with the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Advanced or Native level of English (C1-C2), a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop or laptop, and a smartphone. You must also be located in Latin America or Brazil and have full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not essential, as long as you have a strong passion for sales and are confident in your English skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development. Our average performance level is $600-$1,200 per month, with good performance levels ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month and excellent performance levels exceeding $2,000-$3,000 per month.
