Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working in our inbound call center in overnight shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing timely and empathetic support to resolve their questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive pay range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
