Experienced Full Stack Social Media Chat Sales Representative – Latin America

The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms, and working to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Following up with leads and closing sales (2 hours/day)
- Organic account growth and management (2 hours/day)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes/day)
Requirements
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Stable income in USD
- Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
- 100% confidence in English skills

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: The training period is NOT paid for (training time averages 2-4 weeks)
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on:
+ Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
