Key Responsibilities
As a Temporary Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Photo Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
- Assisting with Web Pick-up and Maintenance: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Maintaining Store Appearance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
Essential Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
