Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform content strategy. You will work closely with our content team to analyze large-scale, high-dimensional data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform our content portfolio and promote our streaming services. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to inform business decisions and content strategy

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing habits, content preferences) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions and optimize content release strategies
• Enhance our content release and episode discharge technique to maximize engagement and retention
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and maintenance
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth and innovation
• Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication
