Job Description
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
- Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
- Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service
