The Opportunity

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies. You will also meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching, selling blithequark's smart home and other products on every call. With a guaranteed base pay of $18 per hour and the potential to earn up to $32 per hour through our Pay Per Experience (PPX) Model, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns

  • Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies
  • Meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching
  • Sell blithequark's smart home and other products on every call
  • Directly connected to PPX incentives
  • Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
  • When needed, escalate calls appropriately

Requirements

* Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
  • Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
  • Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
  • Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
  • Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)
  • High customer service acumen
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
